Cardio for HST

I'm going to be changing my routine once I come back from holidays to the HST training style and was wondering how much cardio I should be doing.
I'm planning on doing HIIT style cardio but is this too much to be doing on my training days?
Should I do HIIT on my off days and none on weight days, or do it only on weight days or Mon-Fri or maybe a on off days and on weight days do 20 min of incline walking?

i think everyone here will say: listen to your body

sometimes i know i overtrained after basketball and sometimes i lift and feel very strong after bbal

i dont think there is a yes you are OT or no, you are not ans.

personally 20min of incline walking i get between classes at my campus and ic an't say it has affected my training. HIIT during a lifting program MAY cause concern but if YOU feel good do it.!
 
If you do HIIT, do it on your off days.

On your on days, you can do 15-20 min of light cardio as warm-up.
