First off let me start with that I HATE CARDIO. I know i have to do it but i would like to know what intensity and duration is the bare minimum for burning fat ?
You can buy a hr monitor. It's like a watch your wear. That's what I would recommend otherwise you can stop and check your heart rate on your wrist until you get a feel fire what intensity you need to keep your heart rate at.
You dont have to do cardio to loose fat u can also achieve that with a good diet (caloric deficit) and weight training. Cardio for sure is a good tool to get a caloric deficit but it is not a must IMO.
