when am on a bulking cycle should i do cardio still or will i just let the weight go on and then do cardio when am ready to start cutting cycle??????????
i do 25 mins on my cross trainer after weights...as newtothegame said its good for your heart, especially if ur using something like tren..i get serious heart burn from that..and the cardio just keeps it away
