Right now, I'm 5'9" 205 and at about 14% bf (although I'm pretty sure that's lowered because I started cutting about 10 days ago and even though my weight is the same, all of my pants are already fitting me more loosely).
I just started a 12-week cycle 500 mg/week of sustanon (250 x2) with some clen (right now at 80 mcg/day start @ 120 mcg/day tomorrow for another 2 weeks). I will use 40-50/mg winstrol/wk for the last 4 weeks and take the clen for those last 4 weeks as well.
I plan to add 200 mg Masteron in for 10 weeks as well, starting next week. post cycle therapy (pct) will be Clomid 300 mg day 1 , 100 mg for 10 days and 50 mg for 10 more days = total of 3 weeks
This is my 5th cycle. As far as diet goes, I'm eating 3 or 4 meals a day each with 30-50 g of protein as well as some light snacking a couple times and 2-50 g protein drinks a day.
I always get at least 1 gram protein/lb of bodyweight daily. I don't really count carbs and fats; I just try and keep my starch/fat/sugar intake to a minimum. Snacks I shoot for stuff like a little cheese, avacados, celery sticks with a little natural peanut butter in them, tuna ,yogurt, a few whole wheat crackers...Try to drink 2 gallons of H2O a day but I think it's usually closer to 1.5.
I'm doing 1 hour of cardio 3-6x/week depending on my schedule, how my body feels and the weather. Usually do 1 long (3 hr+) bike ride every week or so. Lifting heavy 4-5 times a week about 1 1/2-2 hrs a day except Friday which is my hell day (squats, deadlifts and powercleans along with my auxillary legs) which can be considerably longer but some of thast time is longer recovery between sets so I don't puke lol.
I did this type of thing before and lost 5% bf and about 20 lbs in a month; the thing that I liked was that my strength loss was minimal (I actually increased strength on a couple of exercises). I was off-cycle, completely clean at this time.
So I would say that's my goal is to cut bf and hopefully with a little help from this cycle I could possibly have some strength gain, or at the very least no loss.
