I got my Bf tested today and it was a whopping 16.5 % !!! I would really like to work at getting this down. I would like to build lean muscle and get this bf down. Is it possible to do this at the same time ? I have always understood it to be with muscle comes fat and you should bulk then cut. With my bf I cant affford to "bulk" however I want to be strong. How should I incorporate cardio into my workout ?
 
I think your diet will be almost more important than cardio. How many times a week are you lifting? Maybe try 3x a week, 45 min of cardio to start with and go from there.
