My friend manages a supplement shop and i bought it for almost nothing. I currently use whey 25g plus eggs for breakfast and then 60g whey Pw. Should I use 1 scoop of carnivor and 1 scoop of whey pw? Or should I add it to a meal. My diet is perfect so I have to adjust how ever I use it. I'm simply wondering how most people have been using it.
