You sure about your count? I would guess (without doing math) that your carbs are higher and protein lower than that?.. You only have 5 meals and the only one that looks like 50g protein is your PWO.

usually I have 6 but I had to replace my last one with casein shake that day. Usualy Meal 5 has carbs in it as well. That is not my everyday diet but I will post up mine from today so I can get a better critique. I Usualy try to hit 3600+
I have been counting my cals with my fitness pal.. I don't know how accurate it is. But I feel I'm growing good for just week 5. My strength and pumps are Definately crazy. Veins seem to be popping out everywhere already.
