Cee

You don't need to load for CEE, nor do you need to cycle it, but I find that it works best if you cycle.
 
When I say to cycle it, I mean like go on it for a month then stop using it for a week or two then go back on it again. You'll get better gains that way IMO.
 
what is the best time to take CEE? I always thought imidiately after working out. But for example for Cre-Ethyl THUNDER it says: Take 8 capsules on an empty stomach, 30 minutes prior to workout.

and for CEE from PrimaForce it says: take one serving (4 capsules) 15-30 minutes prior to intense training. To maximize muscle recovery, take an additional serving (4 capsules) immediately following intense training session.

Why the difference? It is both CEE.
 
I never take it after workingout, I don't find that it helps for me. I just take it 15-20min prior to lifting on a semi-empty stomach. I eat a meal 60-90minutes before lifting.
 
bro, if youre trying to bulk, or gain ,your stomach will rarely be empty, mine hardly is, and i almost never take it on an empty stomach.it doesnt seem to truly make a diffrence as any unused creatine is excreated in the urine anyhow. i dont see how taking it before and after a w/o would be of benifit. it still has to be metabolized and assimilated. the important thing is that you have it available for your muscles when its needed.
 
does it matter which brand? I hea some good stuff about Cre-Ethyl THUNDER. but other brands are cheaper and are also the same CEE
 
find somewhere to buy it in bulk trueprotein or bodybuilding have some good prices and product. I incapsilate my own. Stuff tastes like gasoline.
