just finished my 1st cycle (12wks of prop). I was aiming to bulk on the cycle, which I did somewhat, going from 174 @ 14% ish to 186 @ 16% ish.
In this time i ramped up my cals from around 2500 (I finished a cut, then began the bulking cycle) to around 4100 by the end.
Now i imagine with my soon-to-be-low test levels im not going to be able to gain any more usefull mass for a while. At the moment im pretty much maintaining on 4100, havnt gained much more in the last week or two. I do want to lose some fat, but i also want to keep as much of my gains as possible after my pct...I dont think any is water as i ran adex throughout and got zero bloat.
Options as i see it:
a) keep cals at 4000+ untill after post cycle therapy (pct), then re-evaluate (should keep more gains this way, risk gaining some fat though)
b) drop cals to, say, 3500 through post cycle therapy (pct), then re-evaluate (the test may have been keeping me lean, if i eat 4000+ with low test i'll gain a shit ton of fat)
c) start a light cut now, ramp cals steadlily down, from 4000 to say 3000 over next month or so (surely risk losing gains this way, but should avoid fat gain)
im really unsure on what to do here so any imput would be great. Thanks
