Changing injection days, I need some advice on this.

Currently injecting 100mg test cyp Monday morning and Thursday morning.
.75mg Anastrozole Monday night and Thursday night.
250iu HCG Wednesday morning and Saturday morning.

The Aromatase inhibitor (AI) taken at night was told to me to be better for estrogen control while I slept.
The HCG taken the mornings before my Test shots was told to me to help spike up my Test level as it would be about at it's trough.

Now, I want to switch my Thursday morning shot to Thursday night for a more even twice a week split, no problem!!
When should I take my Anastrozole???
Also, my doc said I could add a third HCG injection into the mix to help my nuts drop down more.
How the heck do I inject 3x a week and does it matter when?

Take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on Thursday evening at the same time as when you inject. Honestly, I wouldn't put a lot of stock into having to take your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at night. With a 48 hour half life there is going to be plenty of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in your system when you go to sleep regardless of when you take it.

Taking HCG three times a week gets tricky. I don't use it, but I have heard that frequently may be counterproductive. If you want to do it though, that means you are taking it every 56 hours. Figure out a start time and keep shifting to the closest morning or evening that gets you 56 hours apart from the last dose.

What a pain in the ass!! Maybe I should just leave it all alone. My freaking total test is over 1200 the morning before I pin. Basically I go 3 days then 4 days. Can't imagine too much of a swing with test that high.
Wonder if I could just shoot 375iu twice a week instead of the 250iu of HCG ?

I was under the impression that it helps smooth out the lows one might get as you get closer to your trough before your next pin.

I agree. inject your hcG the day before your test injection. keeps the t levels high before your next test injection. I also agree with megatron, in that I don't believe it is necessary to take your adex at night. I've always taken my adex in the morning.

Are you referring to HCG enhancing Endogenous T or the Exogenous Test ?

Yea, agreed. Shot tonight around 9pm and took my Adex. Gonna do Monday morning and Thursday night and take my Adex at the same time. I'll do the HCG approximately 24 hours before each shot. Thanks brothers!!!
