When you change the exercises for your workout, say for example in one period you do squat and then the next you do box squats, what is the shortest time until you can go BACK to an exercise? Say for Westside, if you did box squats for two weeks, then good mornings for two weeks, would it be a bad thing to go back to box squats in the next two weeks? If so, how long of a period should be between the same exercises?
