cheat Foods

I started cheating and found it difficult to stop.
This is why I don't take cheat meals anymore. I'd rather drink alcohol
 
1st-
Take 12 Oreo double stuff cookies and wrap them in a small towel then twist it so the Oreo's are in a ball at the end of the towel.Go to the side of your house/apt and smash the fuckin cookies into small chewable bits
2nd-
Have 1 gallon or Litre of vanilla/choc ice cream and take 1/2 out and place in mixing bowl.Let stand for 5 min then stir ice cream and add your smashed Oreo bit into it.
Once mixed very well and spread put in freezer for 1 hr.
3rd-Shove as much Oreo/vanilla Blizzard in your sweet craving ass as you can
4th-Have favorite musclemag/book handy.
In 1/2 hour take 1 roll of toilet paper as your intestines can't fuckin handle it no more and you explode.

When you are finished bow your head in shame and boil a chicken breast & rice!!

I prefer to eat more good food than so-called cheat foods--I cannot stand the smell and saltiness of most garbage food-chips, fast food, cookies, etc--stick to homemade foods that are not pre-processed by a big factory and you will stay leaner even when bulking.

I am in the process of cutting now so the ice cream thing is a long term thing!lol:)

My cheat food is pizza with a little(small cheese)tomatoes, spinich & chicken,sould revolting but really tastes good!!
