Hey guys,
My lifting schedule gives me 2 days off, thursday and sunday, which I now plan to take 1 cheat meal for each day. How often do you guys cheat? Is 2 cheat meals a week ok? I am trying to get my body in the best shape possible in 8 months, and when would you eat the cheat meals? Lunch/dinner?
