If I add 20 ml of BA to 10,000 iu of hcg, wouldn't that make 25 on a slin pin a 250 iu dose?

10,000 iu in 20 ml = 500 iu/ml, therefore your math is incorrect.

Actually it's only 500 iu/ml, so 25 on a slin pin = 125 iu.
