alright so when i look at my chest from a side shot or a side chest pose ! i have the anoying little fat sak i call it on the side . is cardio the answer or higher reps ? coz im struggling to get that nice chizzeled shape the size is thier or coming but the shape dissapoints me i feels i could be alot harder !

Cardio and diet all the way. Fat loss is systemic. And while you can target specific muscle groups for growth. (Want bigger arms train arms!) You cannot spot reduce.
 
taking into account i have a hard time maintaining muscle when i do cardio , would u guys either doing low intensity ( eat plenty of carbs on that day ) or high intensity (eat plenty of carbs on that day ) example oats for breaky with protein brown rice and tuna before workout ----- 30 min low intensity cardio brown rice /tuna after - i would say im somewere in beetween and ecto and meso ???
 
i drop weight fairly easily as soon as i start taking fibrous carbs, and cut out the complex ones the wweight starts to drop n its muscle too :( were as if i up the complex carbs i put on weight pretty fast to . either way i have a hard time putting on muscle and keeping it

Post your complete diet in the Diet forum and tell them your experience (drop muscle readily with cardio/hard time gaining) and get their feedback there.

There are a lot of variables with gaining and losing (Sleep, stress, diet, rest, etc.). It would be remiss of me to comment without more info, a complete picture.
 
I don't know I know some big boys with shit diets and shaped pecs. Weighted dips,reverse grip bench press, flys, shoulder presses, cable cross overs from bottom up not over to bottom
 
its frustrating as shit coz im naturally lean but i just store a little fat thier . stana mate

Dude I feel ya, I compete and every year my armpit fat freaks me out. My whole is lean to the point where vascularity is head to toe, striations are coming out and the pit area is still there until the last couple weeks.
