5times 5 inclined dumbell press
2 sets flat dumbell press
2 sets of weighted dips
2sets of flat dumbell flyes
thats it ,,every now and then i might add some cable cross overs and pullovers and i alternate the exercises every now and then ..peace
i do flat dumbell press instead of barbell bench pressing just for a change , i workout chest just once per week and my max barbell bench press used to be about 200lbs for about 6 reps ..peace
a while ago when i could bench, i was plateud , and pb gave me a new routine, within a week i had gained about 30 lbs on my bench (might have been 50 lbs).
for starters drop the 5x5. i have a full body routine posted in the deadlift sticky on page 6. check it out for ideas. also the training journal section has some good ideas on different training ideas. no one routine will yield consistant results. change must take place if you are stagnant.
