Chest & Tri's or Chest & Bi's?

225warmup

Lift or go home!
I knw generally when I started working out, the rule was always do bi's with your chest since tri's are a supporting muscle. My question to y'all is, do you feel that is right? I was thinking since I am now doing a cycle I would switch to chest/tri's just to keep my tri's fired up and break them down completely for full muscle growth. Same goes for back, I would that with bi's instead of tri's. Do you think it's possible to get the full potential of the muscle or no since it will already be worn down? I just started my cycle and am still finding a routine that works for me. I have it almost completed except that question. As soon as it is answered I will post my routine for everyone to critique. Thanks guys!!!

two school's of thought when it comes to combining muscle groups.

1. work a muscle group and then hit the support muscle after. I.e. chest and the tries or vise versa.

2. DOn't work suuport muscle on the saem day. Always work different muscles. I.e. Shoulders and legs. Bies and chest. BAck and tries.

I subscibed to method #2 for years. Now I used method #1. Both work. I also tried the one body part a day. THat works too.

There are times where I wouldn't gop with ide one or two and that is on leg night. I'd never work legs and back in the same night. Recipe for disaster.

Part of what will guide you in finding a good workout is knowing how many days you plan to spend in the gym.

guess you should splain to the punt/kick returners that holding onto the ball is kinda important in the playoff games.

That was only 1 turnover...they self-destructed. 5 turnovers will not win many games.

thought they fumbled 2 returns.

well we got spanked by seattle yesterday. my boys looked flat as doo-doo. 2 years in a row steven davis has been hurt. then foster and goins go out. delome was lost after that.

Fumble by Hobbs on a punt return, 1 by Faulk on a run and 1 by Troy Brown...plus 2 picks from Brady. Also the awful pass interference call against Asante Samuels didn't help.
