Chest workouts

Hey guys i was wondering i have the worst luck bulking my chest. Does anyone here know any good chest workouts where i could possible see results with, i heard that push ups are helpful is that true??? well thanks guys
 
How long have you been lifting? Age? What is your current split/routine? How long have you been using it?
 
Been lifting for about 3 in a half years. Im almost 19 years old and now i do this

Mon-chest Tues-back and shoulders Wens-off

Thursday-legs Fri-Arms

Ive now been doin this for 2 weeks

There ya go but my focus is my chest and arms. Mainly chest. Thanks

Do Push Ups, Weight Dips ( Heavy) , Cable Crosses (Heavy)

cable crosses are teh ghey. bringing your arm across your body and down is the completely wrong movement for chest.

incline/decline bench, dips, incline/decline smith machine press, flat/incline db press, and good chest press machines are the way to go.

heavy BB bench is the #1 injury causing movement you can do. I dont do them.

I have an awsome routine i'll share but what is your max bench?
