I mix it up with seasonings.. For lunches I usually will sprinkle some Tony's Creole on both sides and throw it on the grill. For dinners I will do a light sprinkle of Garlic Salt and Italian Seasoning on both sides and grill.
I also like the lettuce wraps. Dice the chicken into small cubes, chop some almonds, 1/2 tbl spoon of minced garlic, a little onion powder, toss in a bowl and soak in low sodium soy sauce for an hour. Throw in a skillet until cooked, wrap in whole lettuce leaves. ENJOY!
