Chicken Recipes

Can anyone suggest a good chicken recipe? I am really getting sick of barbequeing chicken or using my Foreman Grill.

1 Tbsp olive oil
a couple of shakes of seasoning salt
a couple of blurbs of low sodium soy sauce

that's the easiest one i know...

peanut butter on chicken is yummy. hehe. I can put it on anything though.
try cooking it with some garlic, and onions, or mushrooms/peppers in a lil olive oil.

You can do alot with chicken mince if you think about it
