i got 10 bottles, packet says batch 116 and only 5 match the packet,

I got these of a guy, then straight away i googled them having never seen these before.
There a enthanate from Egypt and apparently they could be fake I don't no I hope there not!
The batch numbers are different on the bottles some say 116 some say 101 to be exact half 5 are 101 5 are 116. The lettering CANT be scratched of with my nail, and all the liquid levels are identical. A guy i no says he got good results but im thinking different, I don't no how to spot a fake. Iv'e read so much on them so many people are saying different stuff
