Cinnamon

A clerk at GNC told me it is an appetite suppressant. I'm not allowed to use it on season but I am going to use bits here and there on my egg whites once I start getting too hungry to see if she's right.

cool it would add lots of flavour to otherwise bland foods....

MM I don't think anything could supress my appetite at this point lol.

wtf. That makes no sense.
Yes. I asked why.......water retention. Which I don't know if it does cause water retention or not but it sounds dumb to me. At 14 weeks out I'm not panicking.

im not sure about the water retention but add some to your tuna or tuna salad for that matter if you want to kill the fishy taste a little..

if you dont mind please PM who your trainer is

it aids in digestion and cures common colds..as far as I have read. its pretty much free, its not a sodium product so i dont understand where the water retention is..

So I brought cinnamon and this thread up to my trainer again........good news! In the same email I asked about butter buds.......when my trainer responded they mixed up the butter buds and cinnamon.......I asked about both.........butter buds is out and cinnamon is back in! I was putting some butter buds on my eggs but now I can use cinnamon! She apologized for the confusion! The butter buds apparently has too much sodium which causes water retention.

And now I've been putting cinnamon on my egg whites......this could be in my mind (placebo effect) but I'm telling ya......I swear it's a bit of an appetite suppresant which I need ! A clerk told me cinnamon was ..........so like I said it could be the placebo effect but every time I use it I notice I'm not as hungry so soon after eating!

egg whites and cin? any good?

Haha.....in my opinion yes.

Another good thing I used to make....... egg whites, apple slices, raisins, and oatmeal and cinnamon......mix together and in frying pan put a little bit of olive oil. Fry like an omelette and Voila! Yummy. Apple slices and raisins optional of course.
