cjc-1295? withDac, without Dac???

Have recently started doing alot of research on peptides. I'm especially interested in doing a GHRP-6 with cjc 1295.

So my question is, whats the difference between the cjc 1295 with DAC and cjc 1295 without the DAC?

To my understanding the DAC makes the cjc1295 have a much longer half life in your body. To me this sounds like it would be of great benefit but i'm getting confused because some places that i read say that this is good and some places say that its bad.

Could someone please enlighten me on this subject.

The CJC w/o DAC has a half life of 30 minutes while the stuff with DAC is 8 days. For research purposes the CJC w/o DAC is recommended. Once you've figured out your reactions to it at certain doses, then the peptide with DAC would be advisable. IMO in the long run you will save money with that. Basically, its like running prop vs cypionate for your first cycle. You'd have to be a nut to dose something with an extended release time if you did not know how it affects your body.

I was kinda thinking along the same lines in that cjc1295 with dac would be more cost effective.

Without the dac means three 100mcg shots/day to match the ghpr6. But with the dac i could just shoot 100-200mcg once per day. I don't know if this is a good idea or not? Anyone with their own experiences with this would be good.

I run it without DAC. Probably costs more, but I have read that the DAC can cause overstimulation and decreased reaction so I avoid it.

Continuous bleed of GH is bad...think Acromegaly. I have been using an Ipa/Mod GRF(1-29) for 9 months. been very happy with it.

You want GH spikes like you get as a kid. The faster and higher the spike, the better...looked at simplistically.

Thats what i've been reading mostly, that without dac is better. i've still got more questions and research to do on peptides before i get started.

Wondering though, whats wrong with having a constant gh bleed?

CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic modification of growth hormone releasing factor (GRF) .By applying the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) technology to GRF, the peptide selectively and covalently binds to circulating albumin after subcutaneous (SC) administration, thus prolonging its half-life. These substitutions are key in increasing the overall half life of CJC-1295 from 7 minutes to greater than 7 days! By combining the tetra substituted GHRH analogue with maleimodoproprionic acid using a Lys linker, you create a GHRH peptide with a high binding affinity for albumin. Once the CJC-1295 molecule has attached itself to albumin, it is given an extended half life and bioavailability thanks to the albumin preventing enzymatic degredation and kidney excretion.

ok, thanks, i know that the dac lengthens the half life by binding to the albumin.

This is where i get confused. My thought process thinks that its better to have a longer half life. But i've read alot about its better to get the short 7-10 minute bursts.

any and all experiences/ opinions are welcome.

I also don't understand how a 10min burst could be very effective but I alsonwouldn't go w/ dac from what I have read. Especially if you are gonna run this for a long time. I believe Acromegaly was the word. Maybe not something you would ever deal with but understand the principle behind it.

From reading the peptide guru DatBTrue's musings, I understand that the without DAC version better mimics the body's natural GH secretion, which is more pulse-like rather than steady-flow.

Why exactly pulse-like works better I have no idea.

It works like your natural GH secretions work. And they DO work.. You have to be on a strict schedule taking it at the most optimal time to initiate rebuild & recovery. I found it works awesome for me at 6am,NooN,6pm&/or 9pm

So what time of the day do you workout. Just curious. Do you take it pre workout or post workout. Or opt to take it pre bed instead?

I workout around 5pm EOD. So typically I would dose ghrp-6 and cjc-1295 simultaneously in one shot (As they always are), post workout. I'll always do my final dose of the day around 9pm. Post work out dose or not depends on IF I worked out, only doing a 6pm dose on workout days

Great, thanks for letting me know what works for you.
In your opinion its better post workout than pre workout?

Whats your experience with the combo while not cycling juice? do you get pretty good strength gains from the combo? And are the gains keepable?

Thanks for any input you can give me!

Since prolactin increases while on this compound if used while running a test e/deca cycle you would have to double up on the dope antagonist to make sure you don't get sides? If taking liquid prami on some days you could be pinning up to 6 times in a day between the test/deca, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), cjc1295/ghrp-6 3x Ed, and prami...... shit i might feel like a pin cushion......

I've heard bad reviews on liquid versions of pramipexole that its nearly useless. Now IDK WTF to use other than a controversial source that has options of similar acting drugs like 2.5mg/tab Bromocriptin(Parlodel), 1mg/tab Cabergoline (Dostinex) or 25mg/tab Mesterolone(Proviron). Which I do know proviron is purely an androgenic steroid, not a dopamine antagonist. Making your cycle more effective as an alternative to running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) that kills estrogen hindering gains. But for prolactin issues with SE's, Bromo or Cabaser seem to be all I have readily available now..
