CKD and pure ephedrine

I am considering getting on the CKD diet.... while takeing pure ephedrine. Has anyone ever tried pure ephedrine or any kind of ephedrine on the CKD diet?

Pure Ephedrene by NVE Pharmaceuticals provides 240mg of ephedra extract per tablet and NO caffine or asperin. Pure Ephedrene is Ephedra in it's most powerful form!

Also why is it that everyone suggests whey protein on CKD ?

I have not followed a CKD before, but I would reccomend finding an isoloate protein with minimal carbs.
also, the Epherdrine should be stacked with caffiene to benefit from the thermogenic effects.

ECA......ephedrine /caffiene/asperin.......much more effective
I find that the asperin prolongs the effect maybe because of the blood thinning?

I have done a number of CKD cycles involving various combinations of Ephedrine, Yohimbe and Caffeine. You can derive benefit from Ephedrine alone, but the effects are accentuated when combined with Caffeine. The same goes for combining caffeine with Yohimbe. A good approach I like is Ephedrine stacked with caffeine one morning, then Yohimbe stacked with caffeine the next morning, alternating back and forth until carb-up then cold turkey during recarb.
