CLEAN BULK ( critique input and review for me please)

current setup for a clean bulk
stats 5'9" 205lb low bf%

wake up - 40g protein shake (with water)2 scoop
+ 1 banana & oat meal 1 cup
50g protein 90g carb

breakfast
tilapia-1 fillet, tuna-1 can,veggies-half serving, two slice
wheat bread + 1 apple
60g protein 60g carb


lunch
1-turkey burger, tuna-1 can, 1 cup oat meal, 1 apple
60g protein 70g carb

3rd meal(pre work out)
8 egg whites, one slice wheat bread, 1 cup oat meal, 1 apple
65g protein 90g carb

(post work out) shake
40g protein 18g carb (with water) 2 scoop

dinner
two chicken breast or salmon slab, 1 cup oat meal, 1 banana
50g protein 70g carbs

Just curious, how do you get 65 g of protein from 8 egg whites?
 
1 3/4 cup about 8 egg white my mix 1 egg white = 5gx8 =45g
1cup oatmeal=10g
wheat bread 5g
60g

I cut out wheat bread, was eating two slices to 60g total.
 
Don't forget broccali / spinach / collared greens / mixed veggies , - oatmeal is great for complexed carbs/fiber but you need greens & veggies too . I buy bags of frozen veggies and unsugared fruit at Walmart . ~Bo
