you need to get your meals more consistent. every 2 to 3 hours on the money. there's only 1 hour between your first and 2nd meal and the first meal is only milk. IMO you should hit the Whey when you wake up to get things going, 1 scoop with that milk. an easy alternative to cooking eggs is to buy liquid egg whites. they taste like water and if you add a flavoring packet to it like crystal light its actually pretty good. they come in 1 liter cartons and have about 100g of protein, could drink 1/2 of one for a meal along with some substance like almonds or any nuts. if youre bulking you want to be able to even each meal out to about 500 calories and get about 3000-3500 total over the day (for a normal sized person). also make sure that rice is all whole grain and not starchy white rice, not as good for you. drop 1 of those pre workout bananas and mix it into your post work out shake and throw in some peanut butter.

I think its very Useful article
I guess I don't know why my other half pound is being lost then, maybe the daily walks are kicking in.

About fluid, some things I've found that seem to maybe help me from regaining water weight are avoiding salt, counting water and having 10 cups minimum per day.

Also I don't know if it has any scientific value but I like putting a teaspoon of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar into one or two of my glasses of water. You get to like the taste after a while and I really think it helps flush out my digestion- this might be TMI but it seems like I'm more regular and my poop is less smelly. I started doing this because I read about a study that showed unpasteurized apple cider vinegar was linked to faster weight loss and greater inch losses around the abdomen because it decreases intestinal bloating, it's basically just a probiotic thing because it has active cultures in it. It's kind of hard to find but it's in health food stores and the health food section of larger grocery stores. Make sure it's not pasteurized because that kills the stuff in it. I've also heard yogurt with live active cultures and related drinks like keffir and yacult can be good for this. Anyway the vinegar only adds one calorie so I figure it couldn't hurt!

I've found you can't get rid of a certain amount of fluctuation no matter what, but as I've been told often you need to look at the trend more than the day-to-day changes. I chart my weight on a program that shows the weekly moving averages alongside my actual weights and that's a nice even line downwards next to my daily zigzag line!

Keep it up! Somebody told me on here when I was obsessing over daily weights, if you take in fewer calories than you burn, you WILL lose weight guaranteed, you just can't predict precisely how fast it will go. But the timing isn't as important as the results anyway, we want this to be a long-term change.
And thank for read my article
