Clean bulk question

I'm not a very active person. I lift weights for an hour 4-5 times per week but outside of this I'm more sedentary. I want to do a clean bulk but was wondering since my lifestyle is more sedentary do I need to take in a whole lot of carbs?
 
so i would place your carbs around 300g... but keep your fats very low...
