I'm going on clen next week and looking for some help or advice. I wanna drop as much fat as possible. Any diet, exercise, or dosage help would be greatly appreciated.
alright about 6'0 225. Mon Weds and Fri consist of weight training with light cardio. Tues and Thurs consist of almost 9 hours of school so i try to fit in whatever possible. Sat is dedicated to cardio. Sunday is a rest day. As for diet there isnt much of one at the time but thats why im here for advice also.
