Whats up everyone, Just started a cycle of clen and nolva today. I dont know too much about it so I am trying to learn a little, plus get some tips on what I should be doing.
I am 5'11, 200lbs, 24 years old. I go to the gym 6 days a week and will usually work out then do anywhere from 10-30 minutes of cardio (depending on how tired I am). Additional, I also do about 45 minutes of cardio 3 days a week totally seperate from my workouts.
My diet is pretty clean, roughly around 1700-2000 calories a day, clean carbs, fats, etc.
I have been working out for a while now, but I ALWAYS get super burnt out on the gym and end up taking like 4-5 months off. Last year I worked out really hard for abut 7-8 months, then around october, november, I got burnt out and quit, stopped eating healthy. When i quit i was around 180 and I felt better than ever. I just started back up again a few weeks ago. Since I quit, I have gained about 5 inches in my waist. Looking to get back to where I previously was, and then STAY WITH IT.
Heard about clen and nolva through a buddy of mine, took the first dose today

I was just looking for some advice, what can I do better. Once I get up to the bigger doses of clen (80-120 mcg) should I split it up and take half in the morning, half a little after lunch? I heard to stay with 20MG of Nolva, should I split that up too or take it all at once?
Nolva tastes like straight rubbing alcohol, I read that you can buy empty capsules and put the nolva in there and then take it. Does anybody recommend that? Is that better than just taking it straight? How bout clen, should I do that with clen to?
