clen and t3 cycle so far

I am currently on my 8th day of rui clen and t3. My diet is in check and I'm working out regularly. Right now I have the shakes on my 8th day, but they seem to me diminishing. It also seems like I'm not is hungry as I was. As of today I'm 210, I was about 221. So that's 11 pounds in a week. I'm 6 foot and not really sure what my Bf% but I'm thinking its around 12. I'm using the liquid for both.

I just got my liquid clen. Do you just drop it into the mouth or mix it with a liquid?
 
if you lost 11 pounds in a week your losing lean muscle mass. slow and steady wins the race. slow down.

I agree with what dawg said.

I can't tell you how many people I know who've run clen/t3 and lost a shit ton of weight.....only to find out they ended up at almost the exact same bf% because they lost a ton of muscle.
 
yea man slow and steady..

im taking clen with test and eq right now

was 236 when i started and have been on for about 4 days now doing cardio and all that and lost like 1 pound lol.

keep the weights heavy and protien high...lower your carbs but nothing serious

i basically have been doing no carbs after 6pm and its been working pretty well so far
 
I take liquid t3 also. Ya I figured I was loosing a little to much . I also had a lot of water on me. Seems like it stopped there. I actually lost 8 now, because I gained 2 pounds. I Def eat a lot of protein, and my Carbs are low. I also like to eat something, like a banana, or have something with carbs before I workout. Thanks for the advice fellas.

eating protein won't save you from t3 sending you body catabolic.... from what i understand anyway.

maybe if you have extremely high natty test levels but i dunno from what i've heard and read about it, it doesn't even seem like that would be enough but yeah i'm not sure.
 
they give you an oral syringe, the clen t3 combo is great ofr cutting weight, just keep the dose low, no need to over due it with these chems.
 
i've noticed no one has discussed the potential shutdown of the Hpothalamic-Pituitary-Thyroid axis...I imagine there is a shutdown though. Exogenous levels of T3 would most likely downregulate the activity of this axis, but I would like to know if anyone has experience with this.

PS: As far as clenbuterol is concerned, I think you just have to keep your beta-2 receptors from being downregulated. I believe the means to do this is by cycling on/off of Clen for 5 days on with 2 days off. Or some variant thereof, including breaks upwards of 2 weeks. Alternatively, you could throw some cash down and run Clen continually if ketotifen or benadryll is taken concomitantly.

Your correct. I'm going to do clen/keto next time. I'm currently doing some sarms S4

I'd be interested in hearing of your experience as I plan on researching with similar chemicals soon. Specifically I would like to see the physiological effects on mammals when ingesting:

1) Osta-SARMs
2) Clenbuterol
3) Ketotifen

Of course, I am also looking forward to seeing other combinations that might include other types of exogenous steroids.
