just a Lil guy!!!
I am currently on my 8th day of rui clen and t3. My diet is in check and I'm working out regularly. Right now I have the shakes on my 8th day, but they seem to me diminishing. It also seems like I'm not is hungry as I was. As of today I'm 210, I was about 221. So that's 11 pounds in a week. I'm 6 foot and not really sure what my Bf% but I'm thinking its around 12. I'm using the liquid for both.
