I have some liquid clenbuterol I'm starting to take. I'm trying to get lean for summer and want to lower my fat percentage. Does anyone here have experience using clen and can tell me how much to take. Being that it's in liquid form I'm not sure. Also, is there an expiration on this stuff cus I've had it for 2 years. Got scared first time cus it gave me severe cramp in my obliques. Thanks for any legit info!
