Read related posts, but since we all react differently, didn't find a response to my scenario.

My stats:
35/F
Weight: 146
Height: 5'8"
Body fat: 25.5% --BMI 22.2kg/m2 (from an interent calculator)
Goals: To cut/lose the small layer of fat all over my upper body and thighs and my biggest issue is the ridiculous pudge that is my stomach. This is my main reason as I have been fighting to lose this stubborn fat for a long time with no results.

Diet: I've been eating semi-clean for the past 2 yrs. Strict Paleo diet 5 days of the week, semi-clean on the weekends with one cheat meal per week. My meals consist of animal and fish protein, good fats (coconut oil, avocado, almond butter etc), and good carbs (veggies, some fruits). No dairy, no grains, no sugar, minimally processed foods.

Exercise: Strength training 5x/week
HIIT training 2-3x/week can range from 10mins-1hr depending on the intensity and it incorporates oly lifts, heavy weights, full-body workouts, etc.
Cardio 1-3mile run 1-3x/week; dance practice 2hr sessions, 2x/week; surfing 2hrs+ 3x/week avg

In the past 2yrs I've stuck mostly with OEP, creatine, and the occassional pre- and post-workout shakes plus vits & minerals

I started liquid Clen 2 weeks ago and dropped everything else for safety and to have a good base to measure the effects. Purchased from a company advertised on this and other sites.
At 20mcg I got the shakes and my head didn't feel right for a while. Upped the dose to 40mcg 3 days later and so on. The higher the dosage, the less effects I felt. My body adjusting? I stopped at 100mcg b/c it just seems like a high dosage, but I had zero side effects at that point. Also, in 2 weeks, I didn't lose any weight or notice any difference physically.

I'm on the 2 weeks off phase right now and am considering taking OEP in between since it seemed to have more of a physical effect.

My questions:
Assuming this Clen is legit b/c of the shakes & semi-"high" feeling, should I increase my dosage to 120mcg or even 140mcg (gradually) when I go back to it? I do tend to have a high tolerance for all meds.

When should one start to see results on Clen? What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the novel, just trying to give the experts as much info as possible. Hope someone can help....thank you so much!!

You can take OEP in your downtime, but as it's mostly caffeine that makes it work - I don't think it will be that beneficial for you. 120mcg is a LOT of clenbuterol to take, especially at your size. Have you had your thyroid checked out of curiosity? I only ask as you should have seen *some* difference by now given your dose. Also, did you check your body temperature before and during the clen cycle? An elevated temperature is usually a pretty good indication that it's working as a headache can be caused by many things. I've found that the headache goes away after a couple days, but the jitters remain - slowly getting less obnoxious over the course of the two weeks.

Yes the jitters were exactly how you described them. It wasnt so much a headache than it was a feeling of lightheadedness, but that also faded after the 1st week. The last few days when I took 100mcg, I literally felt zero side effects.

I've never had my thyroid checked out, but it doesnt hurt. I got very sleepy the 1st few day I took the 20mcg, read that it could mean elevated blood pressure. Took both my temp. and blood pressure throughout and both were normal. :/

I can't wait to start clen again and see what changes/effects might occur b/c this is a bit frustrating.

You very well could have a higher tolerance to the drug. I would be definitely keeping tabs on that blood pressure once you go past 100mcg a day though. I'd do think it's worth looking into getting a hormone panel done at the doc's office when you're obviously not running the clen as it doesn't hurt to have an idea what's going on "under the hood" so to speak. Keep in mind too, once you start to get lower and lower on body fat, the harder it is going to be to continue dropping it.

You may also need to make a change in diet, which this forum has a FANTASTIC section for. 3J has a diet critique thread where you post the pertinent information and a sample of your diet and he makes suggestions. Alternatively, he also has an amazing nutrition service that I am personally utilizing and have had excellent results as well as many other members. I'd definitely check that out too. :)
