clen first cycle advice

I've been researching for a while now and is this ok for my first time on this? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

first off stats: 22, 5'11 180lbs (81K) Bf: not sure but i would guess in the 20s? i want to get rid of this BF, been lifting on and off for about 3 years due to school and ill start this when school is over.

it would be 2 weeks on/ 2 off for a total of 12 weeks

Day 1 20mcgs ED
Day 2-3 40mcgs ED
Day 4-6 60mcgs ED
Day 7-8 80mcgs ED
Day 9-10 100mcgs ED
Day 11 80mcgs ED
Day 12 60mcgs ED
Day 13 40mcgs ED
Day 14 20mcgs ED

Now for the confusing part i've read and read many posts about how not to use T3 and to use Keto because T3 can mess up your thyroid, Others also say to use ECA's which im still a little confused on, what are these i know they're ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin but do i buy them and mix them myself? Please help, if you have any advice
I will also be using Taurine, i've read it helps, still reading on the benadryl what do you guys think? Any advice?

Also should i throw in some B12 injections in there if it would help on anything?

About lifting: should i be doing more cardio and lifting medium weights? or should i focus on weights only?
Diet (since this is KEY): Diet is in check, lean meats only chicken and fish fruits and veggies basically eating every 3-4 hours, also fair in protein at the moment around 170 grams, should i be doing more protein? or less..

Give me your wisdom or criticism i can take it. Yea i am a noob but professionals were once amateurs.
 
You really don't want to use clen till you get your bf down to about 12%. It helps people lose the last and finally few pounds before competition. Also with the clen if you do decide to do it there is no need to taper down, and when you start it back up you can start where you ended. I normally just go down one dosage.

You have to be careful with T3 because it is catabolic so it is going to eat some of your muscle as well as fat. T3 does mess with your thyroid but it bounces back shortly after you discontinue taking it.

The ECA stack is great and I would honestly recommend you using it for a while. You want to cycle that just like clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. And yes you do take those all at the same time. You can pick them up from walgreens. You can get bronkaid which comes in 25 mg pills, any sort of caffiene pill which normally comes in 200 mg pills, and baby aspirin if you want to take the aspirin. Start off taking on of each everyday 25/200/81. Then you can eventually start taking it 2-3 times a day but I don't recommend taking it anymore than 3 times a day.
 
Really 12%? Reason being is because i've read around in different forums and people are talking about losing major weight, from 280 down to 200's lb.
So if i do decide to do the clen what do you mean by "taper down"? since ill would be ending at 20mcgs do i just restart it? or just start at around 80mcgs or 60mcgs? I dont get it sorry

About the T3 yea that seems to risky and ill just go with the ECA's

After this i want to start a Test dbol cycle. should i start this first or after?
 
12% is what is advised you can use it whenever. As for the dosing when you get to 100 mcg you can stay there for the rest of the time during the 2 week cycle. Then when you take your 2 weeks off and then start back up again you can start back at 100 mcg. If I was to end at 100 mcg I would start back at 80 mcg.
 
Sorry didn't meant to leave out about the test and dbol. You def want to wait till you get your bf down before starting the cycle. The more bf you have the more sides you'll have. I'm guessing this is your first cycle and if so, do a test only cycle at 500 mg a week split up in to 2 shots a week at 250 mg.
