43 5'9 260 diet has been bad for the last 6 months. Been working out most my life. I always had trouble staying below 230 and the older I get the harder it is. Did a cycle last year with so so results under the local gym guru. We'll I thought he was the man. After reading and researching here I realize he didn't know jack. I know I need to change my diet and workout I was looking for a little jump start. I've been advised to put in the work and do it without and that's what I'm going to do.
