Clen post cycle

What is everyones thoughts on clenbuterol the week after your last shot? I know clen has anti-catabolic effects but I know you should also keep your calories high to deter the raise in cortisol due to being off of steroids.
 
Also clens effects are due to increased thermogenesis so will this simply decrease fat by lipolyisis or through a caloric means?
 
IMO, clen's anti-catabolic properties are a little overstated. When it comes to post cycle, Im not really sold on Clen being helpful with respect to muscle sparing.

I will admit though that I have never tried it with post cycle therapy (pct) myself but am just going on what a lot of people have reported to me as far as their experiences go.

Lets see if we can get some more feedback and answers.
 
I'm not saying that clen is THE best thing to keep the body out of a catabolic state but it does work well. The only thing that baffles me is wheather or not there is a rebound in cortisol levels after the clen stops. This would be the case if it acts on the recptors in the same mannor as other AAS.
 
Am doing it as we speak. I was 106.9 kg, gained 30 pounds on a 40 mg dbol-only cycle + 20 mg nolva a day, my post cycle consist of nolvadex + clen (build up to 160 mcg a day). This is day 8 postcycle and my weight now is 99.9 kg. Am alot smaller, but the fat around the waste is almost gone, I would state that its anticatabolic effects are minimal. This way I do know what I keep over when bein g ripped. Height is 6.2.

I have used it post cycle before with minimal results. The only thing it really helped with was to keep my energy levels up when I felt sluggish post cycle. Didn't notice any changes except blinding headaches and the shakes.
 
exactly...ok cool....i will have to get a couple bottles of advil to go with the clen from all this shit i hear :) BUt its all good

I would never do it myself but a buddy of mine is doing it and he likes it so far. He isn't on a cutting cycle he's eating the same way as he does on-cycle.
 
I'm on my fifth day of clen myself.
I've heard of people doing doses of up to 160 mcg/day, but I can already see 60-80 will be about my limit unless the sides lessen as you go.
