Clen/T3 with low carb or keto diet

if you are reducing bf% at 470g of carbs per day, you gotta be a very big individual (300+ lbs), not be eating much protein, you are doing a shitload of cardio, or you are just a freak of nature ;)

Yea I don't quite understand myself either....
 
I think feeling bad is part of hard dieting to low BF. Stay flat and depleted too. You know... a lof of competitors say that "More you are prooly the better you look like" :)
 
I did a carb cycle on clen,t3,test,tren and EQ. 6 weeks in and noticed huge differences as the weeks kept going.Low carb days I looked flat as fuck, kind of discouraging and for some reason I had a LOT of cravings for carbs, be it just bread, raisins and ice cream. Those were my top 3 cravings during the whole cycle, made me think I was turning into a diabetic craving so many sweets. It was odd because I NEVER really craved sweets.
 
Be careful with the T3...

You don't want to run this to high - muscle loss is common at 100mcg or higher.

I found this out the hard way while running T3 and Clenbuterol ... me being myself,
had to push everything to the limit and took myself back a couple months of gains
several years ago.

There is no reason to ever go above 50 mcgs/day

Hahaha! So true. Also, using chopsticks or walking with a full coffee cup.
