Hi There,
I posted the same question over in the Anabolic forum, just figured this was a better place for it. I am wondering what the pros and cons are for each... I have found much more information on clen then Thermo. Most of what I find about Thermo seems more like shills than real reviews. I'm also quite interested in the "mood enhancment" aspect of Thermo.
Here's a little background, I am a 31 year old male, 6' 2", currently 215lbs (down from 330 six years ago, natural). I do 45 minutes of cardio 4 times a week, 4-5 45 minute moderate weight training sessions per weekand I have a fairly healthy diet. My goals are to keep what muscle I have, if I get a little more great but I have no desire to look like Batista. My ideal goal is to hit 190 and retain some muscle deffininition in about six months. Reasonable?
So... any thoughts on Clen and Thermo? What are possible sides? Do you think my goals are achievable in a 6 month period (cycling off and on as recomended, of course!)?
