So I'm about 5'8 185 pounds, and am looking to do about a 4-6 week cut. My diet is decent, so I'm looking for that extra bit to get me in top shape. I have done Ephedrine Caffeine before, it works decent but I hate the crash at the end and I've noticed that my lifts gradually become lower while on.
From my understanding clen promotes some muscle growth. So I was leaning more towards that. The majority of what people have said through my reading is don't do a Winstrol (winny) only cycle. Yet I do see that some people have tremendous transformations on a Winstrol (winny) only cycle.
