Clen worth the risk to get lean?

Hey
I've already made a post about EC/clen , id like to know if it s worth the risk to use it ?
I'm 21 , 5'4 , 150 lbs , 12% bf , i get fat REALLY fast , and i eat clean , i'm at 2000 calories / day , not much carbs , my bf is dropping really slowly , and i'm on 2 fat burners ( yohimbe / caffeine etc )

I don't have heart problems , but i m quite anxious while on high dose of caffeine

Is clen that dangerous if used at small/recommend doses?
 
My goal is to put some more muscles , but i think i'm already 'big' for my height etc , bones are really skinny , i mean really really , and i took 15-20 Kgs of lean mass in 5 years , but i look 'fat' , we can see abs , but still , maybe it's my skin that is oily/large.

I'd like to be 160-170 lbs , but without steroids , i don't think it ll be possible , seriously , and i'd like to get like 8-10% bf.
 
I use clen for cutting. But without knowing your nutrition I think it's worthless. Clen without a solid meal plan makes me lose 2 lbs in 2 weeks and that's not worth paying for.

On a proper cutting plan clen takes me from 1.8lbs per week to roughly 3lbs /week. The only sides I get is I sweat more in humidity, I shake and my heart beats a little harder. I don't consider it a risky drug. I take 2-4 grams of taurine while on it, as without it I get charlie horses and cramps, with it I don't get any cramps.

If you need help figuring out how to eat, spending the $100 on 3j's basic plan to get a guide is actually far more valuable than hopping on $100 of drugs. What 3J has done for me is far more than any substance.

Edit: One last point on clen. It only works for me for about 8 days before I lose side effects and effects. Then I stop for 2 weeks and try again later. Some people do 2 weeks cycles, I find it loses all effectiveness for me after 1 week.

ok , i m eating well , but anyway it's useless for me , i'm going for holidays in 2 weeks , and i'm gonna drink every night , sleep 3-6 hours / night , and eat like a pig , my bf will go from 12 to 17 , and i'll lose muscles with it , but after that , i'll remake a cut , and maybe i'll buy some ephedrine to help me

Yea , i feel bad for my body , but i need a 1 month holiday and drink and girls etc , then i'll come back stronger mentaly.

I think you are confusing "need" with "want"

You're (presumably) a grown man, so you can set your own priorities...but if you want to get big, lean etc you may need to rethink / reorder them
 
IMO clen sucks ...dmaa or ephedrine is much better and just as easy to get. The cramps on clen and muscle pain are outrageous. Dmaa and ephedra just amp you out and get you ready for some cardio.
 
well yea i want , and need.
I didn't made any break in 5 years of training , even during holidays i went 4 times/week at the gym .
Now i'll go for 1 month in Asia , i go there for party etc , see girls , so yea it's not obligate , but i think it's better for me/young people to make a break once a year , and have fun , even if i know alcohol isn't good for the body , sometimes i drink , like sometimes i don't go out with my friends cause the day after i have to train , and fitness/BB isn't my job, so even if i get fat , it's ok , it's just that i feel bad for a moment :)

Yea i'll buy some ephedrine in july/august :) , i didn't hear much about DMAA , is it really good for fat burning? and is it worth the risks?
 
Dmaa is king bro awesome stuff hard to find now. Best stuff I ever used. Ephedrine is second choice of mine. I won't use clen the rapid heart beat muscle cramps it sucks.
