I was debating on taking clen for my first cycle. Ive done research and im looking for feedback from past or current users. Im looking at the questions like, what should i take with clen? is there anything i should be worried about? Does the diet have to be strict when on clen? Would taking a preworkout while in clen effect my heart rate drastically? What dosage should i be taking? any feedback would help. I would appreciate it.
 
Clen and Keto is a good combo. without keto, you have to cycle clen on and off eg; 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. because it loses its effects after about 2-3 weeks. with keto that wont happen.

how much? that can vary alot but i rec starting low 40mcg ed and over time if you feel the need bumping it to 60-80mcg is ok.
I would limit stimulants on clen. a cup of coffee should not be an issue. but i would be weary of alot of the pre-workouts that are out there while on clen.

The diet should be strict on clen or what would be the point, fatloss would be minimal if diet is not on point.

whats your stats? like age, hight bf% exp training or with supps/aas?
