stats 32 m 6' 250lbs 22% bf ive been runnin 100 mg of test p for about 3 weeks . really need to jump start this fat loss.. ive also read that its best ran @ 80mcg ed 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. i cant find too much helpful info on it. so im fully open for any opinions. t3 is the other one ive heard good about..
I don't know much about AAS only what I have read, but I do know test will help preserve muscle but will 100mg do much though?
On clen there is no "best" dosage for anyone, everyone has different tolerance levels. Some people can only go up to 40mcg where as other people can go upto 160mcg. Go up by 20mcg every day and when you feel the side effects are to much go back down a dose, this is to find your best dosage.
T3 is pretty good in my opinion and the T3 burning muscle is
VERY over-exaggerated, I noticed little to no muscle loss when I was just on T3 (on the off weeks of clen), my lifts stayed the same anyway, however your muscles will go flat when your on it but when you stop they will be back to normal. Your running AAS so you don't have to worry about that much anyway, I'm sure your protein intake is high too?
A good idea would be to post your diet and macros here, also your BMR & TDEE
