Clenbuterol and heart palpitations

Hello everybody,

I recently started a Clen cycle - starting dose was 40mcg - 20mcg in the morning and another 20mcg in the noon.

I didn't notice any side effects - except of hr pace increasing, and body temperature increasing a little.

At that point i went to the gym to do some lifting - felt regular.


Same day I did some cardio with my polar heart rate monitor, and noticed the heart rate readings was funny - at resting times runs between 62-72 and keeps changing all the time . for example- 62 , 67 ,65 ,60, 70.

I wanted to know whether heart beating irregularly is a common side effect

Hey, Thanks for the comment.

I only took one 40mcg cap divided during the day - i only gave an example tough.

My worry is about the irregular rate that seems to jump all the time- before taking the clen when checking hr with polar it would be pretty steady.

Is it a common side effect? is it safe for me to continue using?
