Clomid\Nolva PCT Dosage Question

I am currently on a cycle of Test-E at 500 mgs a week and Deca at 300 mgs a week and for my PCT I have lined up Nolva and Clomid as well.

From my research I have concluded to use both at dosages of

Clomid 100/100/75/50 Nolva 40/40/20/20

I have read varying opinions on how much I should or shouldn't take. I have been on .50 mg of Liquidex EOD on cycle.

I'd appreciate any varying opinions.

I do I plan on using it for 18 days before I begin my PCT, good idea or unnecessary? Im still plotting on what to do with the HCG?

tell us how old are you and whats your cycle history...this may help with setting the post cycle therapy (pct) dosage

younger guys usually dont need much to recover...i personally recover grate on 50/25/25 clomid + 25/25/25/25 nolva

First Cycle and I decided to run 8 weeks of Deca and 10 weeks of Test-E. I know it's a shorter cycle than 12 weeks of Test and 10 of Deca but I decided after some advising to do a shorter cycle for my first.

Some STATS

5'9 185-188 lbs and 14% BF

I have liquid Clomi and also 20 mg of nolva each tab. I plan on starting the post cycle therapy (pct) 18 days after my last shot. Is this appropriate? I'd appreciate a proper dosage!

Run the clomid at 50mg for 4 weeks, and the nolva how you have it, 40/40/20/20

And def run the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), blast it at 500iu for 10 days starting the day after your last pin of test and deca, then about 4 days later start your pct.

Quick question, I have been taking Liquidex (arimidex) 0.5 EOD on cycle.

Would you guys suggest to add this with the Clomid\Nolva PCT?
