Clomid Nolva Split For The Day

Hi guys, just finished with my first test e cycle and now going into pct. It wud be something like

Clomid - 100/50/50/50
Nolva - 40/40/20/20

I have 50mg clomid tablets and 10mg nolva tablets.
I was wondering how to split the dosage for the day.
Should I split them or take it at once?
And when should I take them in the morning or at night?

They have a long half life so taking them once a day is fine. Pick the time that is most convenient for you.

So now I will be taking 4 tablets of 10mg nolvadex and 2 tablets of 50 mg clomid before bed.
Making 40mg nolva and 100 mg clomid per day for a week

Exactly, that will be your dosing for week one and weeks 2,3,and 4 just adjust dosage accordingly.
