What are people's experiences with a Clomid restart? Did you need an AI? My e is already pretty low at 10. I have heard some people having great results and others not so great. I agree with my doc that if I can avoid testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life then I want to try every avenue possible. We are just waiting for my MRI results before starting treatment.

Wouldn't recommend an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during pct...as long as you start pct at the proper time you should be find.
Clomid Nolva combo is best.
But when I used Clomid I was a dick...was like a girl on the rag and real irritable.
Other than that everything went great...
My cycle was very weak and was done without proper knowledge of AAS so I can't speak for success of the actual recovery...just the side effects of Clomid

Definitely works for some guys. But it depends on your situation. Can you post your lab work and history? Include reference ranges too.
Thanks guys. I had my labs in another thread but pretty much classic case of secondary. Low normal LH low t low free t. We are doing the MRI first but the plan is the Clomid as a first step. I was more curious about needing an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with it. I have found a great doctor but just looking for others experiences.
