Clomid with test cyp on hrt

Sorry in advance if this post is not in the right section but some questions kind of hit both sides of cycle and hrt. So i am on a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) regiment right now(only 100mg a week) my levels went from 277 to 654 and my estrogen did not rise very much only at 27 estridiol. I have had concerns about my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) making me unable to have children. My doc says im in no risk of testicular atrophy but everything i have read says that is wrong. So im getting 30 pills of clomid delivered to me. My first question would be, to fight the testicular atrophy, is it better to run a week long dose every month or so of 50 mg a day or should i go with a more prolonged cycle of like 25 mg of a month or so time or jsut run it consistently. Ok and the more cycle related question. I know clomid will probably raise my tes levels higher then they currently are so i thought in the process i could use it as a mini cycle type deal to reallly hit the weights hard while levels are elevated. About how high do tes levels need to get to see accelerated growth with a high protein diet and work out routine. Sorry again for the blurred line im sure im crossing here jsut want the info before i start something up.

This is confusing. Can you list your age, please?

Testicular atrophy is not quite related to sperm, but testosterone rather. You would need hCG to reverse atrophy.

Using clomiphene while you're suppressed is not an option in your case. Exogenous testosterone suppression will overpower any effect that clomid will have, unless your HPTA is hyper sensitive. While your hypothalamus and pituitary glands are halted, clomid will fail at a restart attempt. Many folks are able to conceive while on testosterone therapy. Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) may be low, but generally still active.

This is what you need to do. If you are concerned with this, depending on your age and how long you've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), you might be eligible for a restart. In which case you would discontinue therapy in order to benefit from Clomiphene. You can also have a sperm count done to verify fertility, alongside an FSH test.

Im 28 years old on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) cause my levels were only 277 and i was feeling tired all the time regardless of the amount of sleep or diet. I have read on alot of forums that people testes have perked right back up or gotten bigger while on clomid. Also As i have heard clomid can even stimulate dormant testes that have been shut down from prolonged use. As i understand it since it stimlates fsh nad lh that it would activate testes regardless of exo tes. My primary concern is to make sure my testes are not shut down with no activity for so long that it becomes permenant. Also i do want to add to this i know at really high levels like on a cycle that clomid is wasted as your body will refuse to send any signals to produce tes but im jsut on a low dose Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) program of 100mg a week with a TT of 654. So if that matters what is the considered high level where clomid is useless

Are you primary or secondary hypogonadal? Why do you have Low T at your age?

At your age, you can commit to an aggressive restart and possibly come off of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) altogether.

Don't mean to sound stupid but I got on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and been on 11 weeks and was thinking of restart how or what would I do to do a aggresive restart

Your endocrinologist should assist you with this because he/she would be more familiar with you.
