I went in for trt and got clomid for my low testosterone. About how long before the clomid starts to bring test up to normal levels?

What dose were u prescribed?
That seems the way docs go about things initially. They want to see what the cause of your hypogonadism is....
That and some docs are not comfortable prescribing T unless they have to.
Some docs dont even touch the clomid others use it as a staple for HRT in their practice.

Did he give u a lab req. To do with LH, FSH, TT, Estradiol?
Do the lab day after your last dose.
Some guys do well off clomid.
What was your initial levels from labs before hoping on clomid?

I'd go ED for 30 days instead of the 25.
That or 50 mg EOD for 4 months.

yes started a few days ago. Do you know about how long it takes to start kicking in?
he gave me a 3 month prescription but only have 25 a month

At your dose maybe after 2 weeks u might notice some increase in drive.
Any changes as of yet?

he just gave me a 3month pres. for 25 tabs each. Cost 100.00!!!!!

Run it for 30 days instead of 25...imo
If u are not hurrying to get off it from sides run labs first see where u are then stay on longer to get better results.

Dont think about sides. Stay positive.
Some guys get emotional from it...depends on the person and the dose. Usually its the 100 mg ED guys that get the sidess

Your doc has a 3 month script there for you do as he instructed. He wants you off for 5 days at a time after each 25 day administration of the drug. Correct?
Initially I thought you were suppose to run it for 25 days and off everything.

Keep an eye on that Estradiol on this dose.
You might need an Ai depending.
But I forsee some decent estradiol elevation at this dose.
Maybe look into a good quality DIM supplement to use while on this.

DIM has some positive feedback on eliminating estrogen metabolites from the body. But it does not prohibit new estradiol from forming so its limited in what it can do with high E2 levels.
