Hello... im wondering if anyone here uses coconut oil in their cooking/food while on a keto diet.
been reading up about MCTs, and its said that coconut oil is a really good source of these good fats... however i did a search and found that 12g of the 14g fats in a tbs of coconut oil is saturated fat.

will this have more downfalls in long term if i replaced most of my evoo with coconut oil, cos of the saturared fat? (cos i remembered 3J's advice that cheese was a bad choice of fat even tho its 0 carb cos of the higher sat fat content) is evoo still the better choice of oil? =/ i really got a big question mark here cos there are many articles out there saying MCTs are better than olive oil in terms of weight loss...
Thank you!
