Combating bad cholesterol levels and acne?

Hey guys. So I have everything pretty much figured out for what I want to do in my first cycle. Except these two things.
I have read over and over again that when aas is used your bad cholesterol levels go up and good drops to nothing. Is there a good specific way to fight and or prevent this via healthy diet (which is obvious and i already eat clean as shit anyways) or medication?

Also acne is a huge thing for me. My skin is very clear, but I have seen some nasty sides of acne come from runnin aas if estrogen or test get too unbalanced. Recommend any creams/ointments/medication or remedies to prevent or fix this problem if it happens?

Natural oats are good for cholesterol levels

As for acne. I reccomend acne.org. The major non prescription treatments for acne are either sacyllic acid or benzoyl peroxide (max needed is 2.5%). I strongly reccomend bp 2.5 for acne if you can't get a prescription. You should be able to find this OTC at your local drug store(as proactive/acnefree) or on acne.org (where it's cheaper)

Thank you kind sir.
Question. I eat a lot of whole eggs that are good for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. Would this paired with oats be a good combo?

blood work blood work blood work. You can tweak what you are doing if you feel youre getting out of the range you want. Example for meal 1: 8 scrambled egg whites 2 whole eggs, cup of oatmeal and a medium sized apple for your first meal of the day. Also use support supps such as a quality multi, vitamin c, fish oil, red yeast rice, niacin, grape seed extract, etc. These all support your heart. Get your protein from lean sources. Grass fed beef, chicken, tuna, lean turkey burgers, egg whites, fish. Add in a ton of green veggies.

That might be part of your problem. Whole eggs are loaded with cholesterol (with almost all of that coming from the yolks). If you are worried about cholesterol I would just start eating egg whites only. Maybe you can have one or two yolks a day because the yolk is loaded with other nutritional goodies.

my cholesterol is in the shits right now too, along with my bp... im using fish oils 3 caps 3x day, niacin, selenium, chromium, garlic caps 3, 3x day with food, magnesium....gonna throw in taurine to deal with my heart rate that is always up while at rest. yea keep an eye on it. keep getting blood work every 4-6 weeks til its controlled. good luck

For blood work. I can just walk into the office that day and ask for some hormonal blood work done and thu will get bak to me the same day or what?

Im not sure about that. I get a script for blood work because my dad is a physician so I pretty much go once every 2-3 months to make sure everything is in check. I also get a major discount for it. There are other guys on ology that can give you better advice on HOW to get bloodwork.
