Coming off first cycle, advice

Hey everyone, finishing up my first cycle with my last shot tomorrow. Ran 125mg Test e and 75mg tren a eod for 8 weeks.
Started the cycle at 192 about 18% bf, sitting at same weight now around 9-10%bf.
Ate a 500 calorie deficit most of the cycle, had some cheat days where I'd go nuts, did some carb cycling, did a few fasting days. Was lifting 4 days and 1 off and repeating. Was doing fasted cardio at times, and 40min cardio probably 4-6 times a week depending.
Anyways, now that I am coming off, should I cut cardio back? Up the calories? I read to cut back in the gym a bit, not as much volume, couple heavy sets get in get out.
I would like to gain as little fat as possible and hopefully keep any new gains. I eat clean 95% of the time so diet isn't an issue, just curious about calories and my cardio content now.

Any replies are appreciated, cheers
 
I personally wouldnt change anything if that worked for you. I would look into some peptides or bridge from ntbm to help hold on to that muscle.
 
Not looking to take anything else really, cycles over, that's that, back to natty for a while.
How would eating under maintenance still benefit me at all? Just curious why you said that
 
It's not advised to use tren for a first cycle. Also u ran test e for only 8 weeks. It shoulda been longer. What will pct be like? As far as training during post cycle I personally try to keep the weight as heavy as possible but I will cut back some sets. If I normally do 4 I will do 3. Also keep ur diet and calories clean. U don't want to lose what u worked for
 
8 weeks was fine for me, thanks for the insight though.

So just keep training heavy, as far as calories go though, you think eating at or above maintenance is probably the best?
 
Yea y would u eat less? U need to preserve what u gained. It can be lost very easily. If u want to be 200 pounds u have to eat like ur 200 pounds. If u want to be more then, well, eat more. What is ur post cycle therapy?

The thread was not started asking for post cycle therapy (pct) help, meaning I don't need any input on it. Learn to read

Listen big boy, I know ur new here so that's cool. When u ask for advice we ask for ur stats, age, cycle history PCT plans so we can help u. From the looks of ur 8 week test e cycle u def have no idea what ur talking about. We're u afraid to answer my question after the 3 post in which I tried to answer ur question?

OK, Children. You both get poor marks for "plays well with others." RJB, I think Bores ph means that if you fuck up your PCT, it's all academic. No post-cycle diet or exercise regimen can mitigate a fucked up post cycle therapy (pct). And since you're a first-timer with a smart mouth whose first cycle was bullshit to begin with (175 mg of test? That's at best half what you need!) there is no basis to believe you have any clue about any aspect of using gear.
